Help
Students will create a bean bag frog using two pieces of felt and any other embellishments (the pattern is contained on the second sheet). Once the frog is discovered, students must write up an informational page about this newly discovered species of frog. Display on a 12x18 sheet of construction paper, with lab sheet on one side and colored picture of the frog on the other side. KIDS LOVE THIS ACTIVITY!
So clever! My students will have a great time doing this while researching and writing about various types of frogs!

I have taught for 16 years in a large, urban, public school district (I have taught in three different schools) and I LOVE it! I taught self-contained, multi-age gifted class for past seven years. Prior to this assignment, I taught regular ed 4th and 5th grades. I am now in an at-risk school teaching 5th grade! I am so lucky to have such great students, past and present!
