This is a visual I made to help my students practice their fact families. In the past I have copied the blank houses and have hand-written the numbers in depending on my students' readiness level. For this sale, I have included 5 practice pages with the numbers placed in the houses (fact families up to 19). The last page is a page of blank houses for you to write in your own.
NOTE - To help students who struggle with this concept, I give them a sentence strip with ___ + ___ = ____ and another strip with ____ - ____ = ____. I quickly jot down the numbers from the worksheet onto small cards. Being able to manipulate the numbers on the strips helps the kids make sense of fact families!
