This fun activity allows students to manipulate the worksheet.
Students will read statements made by character children. They will decide if the statements are facts or opinions. The students will then cut out the boxes with the statements and sort them onto the next page into either the "We Know It!" (facts) box or the "Help Us Please" (opinions) box. This activity can either be a center or a worksheet. Depending on the needs and reading levels of your students, it can be used across multiple grade levels.

This is my fourth year teaching third grade although I have been working work children over a decade. I have taught multiple grade levels between pre-k and 6th. I have also taught general education classes, inclusion classes, and I usually have the ELLs in my classes as well.
