This activity is a game that students of grades 3-12 (depending somewhat on ability) can play to practice distinguishing fact from opinion. They may play individually or with 1 to 3 other students. Students lay cards face down on a table or desk top and take turns turning over 2 at a time attemption to match an opinion with its corresponding fact. This worksheet has 9 such pairs of facts/corresponding opinions which you can run off on cardstock and laminate to make multiple games for your classroom. The only necessary preteaching is teaching the difference between fact and opinion.
