I downloaded "Fall, Halloween, Pumpkins and Turkey Mega Unit" and on almost every page there is a black smudge mark. I am not sure what should be there, but it's obviously not a black smudge. I was wondering if there was any way to fix that or if I could get a refund.

Do you have a MAC? Sometimes that happens with a MAC. Have you tried emailing the help desk or opening the file on a PC? I can email you the file too and we can see if that works. Let me know. Thanks!
