This is an activity that each student completes as an introduction to world culture. The project can also be modified to help teach a similar theme in a novel. Students are able to make connections about specific aspects of world cultures with their own family culture. This assignment includes a requirement sheet, along with several brainstorming templates that help scaffold the project.

This is listed that it can be used with 2nd graders... after I downloaded it I realized that it is really for upper-elementary, not second or third. I like it for upper grades.
