This is a PowerPoint template in the spirit of the game show. It includes sounds, animations, and hyperlinks. It was made by a teacher for a teacher. As the instructor, you supply the questions and answers into the template. Then play the slide show as a game. Makes a great review for tests and quizzes.
I think this is one of the best Family Feuds out there. I bit lean it but once you do it is the best.

I love the realistic interface. However, the camera pan "i" or "o" key to switch the camera from board to podium as well as the "z" key signals for left player are not working properly. The http link the help document is no longer available. I am running Vista Home Premium and need to know how to fix them before 7/10. Can you assist me with either updates or documentation. Thanks

This is not a very user-friendly program at all. You need to open up 3 different programs, copy and paste data, and know all the shortcut keys.
If everything was in one template that you can enter information into and be done, I would highly recommend that product. This is not that product.
The graphics and sound are pretty good overall, but one actually paying money for this would expect some ease in entering the answers you wanted.
In this program you need to open up a separate template, enter all the answers, create a file, copy that information, then paste it into notepad, and then save that file as a new name, and then incorporate that into the exe. file.
If you are not computer savvy, you will be lost very quickly.

I thought I was getting a PowerPoint presentation of Family Feud. (I still think it's part of the download, but haven't figured that part out yet.) However, the Family Feud game is AWESOME! You MUST read the directions on how to enter your information FIRST. It's so easy! The game is fun and I can't wait to play it with my students! It's just like the REAL game. I would recommend writing your questions and answer choices on notecards to help once you are playing the game with students.
Ask Chris Masullo a question. They will receive an automated email and will return to answer you as soon as possible.

Again, I'm not sure how this can be used as a review for state testing or for any subject. I also don't understand how to use it. Can I please have a refund? I am so unhappy with it. And, it's not useful like it says in the advertisement of the product. It was an expensive purchase. Thanks for understanding.

I found the slides. I don't understand how to use this to review standards---things taught in class. Please send me a sample of one made that does this. I'm just very confused.

Dear Chris Are there instructions on how to enter my material, didn't see it with the download Thanks JulieMaravel at pjd94@juno.com
I have typed all questions and saved them as .txt files... I can't figure out how to associate them with the game... they're just sitting on my desktop and I need to know where to put/drag/save them.
Can you help?
Thanks, Valerie
p.s. I noticed that someone at the bottom of this page had the same question, and your answer was that Family Feud uses java script and plays directly in the game. I still need help in figuring out what to do with all of the .txt files I've created from the survey answers I've typed in. All of the buttons are working, buzzers, everything, but can't figure out where I can access my answers to show up on the board.
I was excited to find your Family Feud PowerPoint game and purchased it right away! I am knowledgable about computers, both Macs and PCs, and am trying to make your game work with my school laptop which runs Windows 7. I can't figure it out, though!
I wanted to leave positive feedback and have been talking about your game with my other teaching colleagues... but want to find out how to use it correctly first.
I don't see any ".exe" files in the extracted files from the zipped file. There is an application file which doesn't do anything but play the intro (or I can skip it), and then I find that the page down button doesn't work, nothing... I've read all 14 of the instructions pages and cannot figure it out.
Can you help me? I have a Family Feud competition planned for this Tuesday in all of my Spanish I classes and am panicking that I won't be able to enter my answers on the template in time. I don't even see anywhere to type in the answers.
I feel so stupid! There has to be an easy answer to what I'm doing wrong.
For starters, right-click on the downloaded folder containing the game and go to Properties. Then uncheck read-only. You should be able to add your questions in the txt files. This is the only template that uses its own Java player. The others use PowerPoint.
i have input all of my questions at txt files, but i don't see in the instructions how these files become a part of the final presentation in powerpoint.
Family Feud uses java script (included) and plays directly in the game (no powerpoint required on this one) Please be sure that you right-click on the text file and that you check its properties to see that it is NOT READ ONLY. That way, you can save your questions.
