Kim I just purchased your farm game math pack and I too have questions . It seems that things are missing in the number line race. The directions say flowers and birds there are only birds and lambs. It says there are children for game pieces but I only have a farmer which it also mentions but he is supposed to stand at the beginning of the number-line. Why does he just stand there or is he the game piece not children? Do children play this as partners so it is a race or does one child use a number-line only? Why are there birds and lambs? Do you just choose which to cover the number-line with? Help! I wanted to play this on Wednesday butit is too confusing. Thanks Margie Perkins

Oh my goodness! I had made a similar game for spring so I was using the directions from that game as an outline instead of typing all the directions again. When I did that, I forgot to change the words from "children" to "farmer" and from "birds and flowers" to "hens and lambs". Each child plays using their own numberline, not with partners. They can either use the hens OR the lambs to cover the numerals, just to give a choice. :) Sorry Margie...Thanks for letting me know. I will be fixing the directions in the packet this evening, but these are the corrections. Let me know if you need anything else.

Are you talking about the measuring with cows activity? If so, the directions are on pages 3 and 4. The cows for measuring are on page 10. YOu will need several of these so that you will have enough of measure the height of a child. And the recording sheet in on page 11. If this isn't the game you are talking about, email me at kim@adsit.net and I will be glad to help you.
