(14 pages) Construct simple 3D fault models. This is a fun, hands-on activity in which students cut out and construct a fault model. In fact, two different versions are included in this activity. One version describes a larger model, and the other a smaller model. Either model can be used to easily demonstrate three different geologic faults (normal, reverse, & strike-slip).
