I LOVE my fillable class booklet file! I print one of these at the beginning of the year, bind it together, and use it for all sort of "check-lists" in my classroom! This one has room for 30 students.
This is a fillable PDF file... you cannot edit anything I have already done, but you CAN type in your own students' names! If you're looking for something quick and easy (not to mention totally CUTE!) to help you stay organized, this is it!

I love the graphics. So cute. The only thing I would like to suggest is to make the squares bigger. They are a great size for putting a check mark but too small to enter marks.
