I LOVE my fillable class booklet file! I print one of these at the beginning of the year, bind it together, and use it for all sort of "check-lists" in my classroom! This one has room for 30 students.
This ZIPPED file contains a PDF that is not editable and a Powerpoint file that IS editable! In the Powerpoint, you can add your students' names, customize the headings, and use your own fav fonts!
