This is my 23rd year teaching. My husband (also an AP English teacher) and I launched our first son into college this summer. I teach AP English Language and newspaper journalism. Each instructional experience has helped me grow as a teacher- US Peace Corps; Togo (West Africa), inner city Miami, suburban Seattle, ESL in Korea, international school in Colombia, school of choice Miami, Florida Virtual School and now, suburban Atlanta.
