Here are the common core standards for First Grade in a simple chart form to use as individual progress reports or report cards. Each common core standard is listed and has columns and rows to record dates, progress or grades, and comments. These useful charts have all the standards for assessment, all in one place!
(You'll notice that the not-so-perfect rating on this one comes from lower scores on "creativity." That is correct--it's not meant to put a creative spin on the standards--it's a straight-forward chart!)
I'm a little confused by your comment, because each standard is coded, and the wording is copied and pasted directly from the official common core standards (with permission, of course). I didn't change a single word.
Thanks a million!! Didn't have to reinvent the wheel. I hate that our district requires number and letter grades for 1st graders. I'm going out on a limb and using a standards based progress report. I still have to record grades for the report card, but this standards-based information is going to be much more helpful!!

I created the original files in power point. If you would like it in that format, you can purchase the product, then send me your e-mail, and I'd be happy to send you the power point file.
It is sold in PDF format, which is not editable, but if you purchase the product and then send me an e-mail, I can send you an editable version--it's a power point file, so make sure you have the application. laura@lauratorres.com
