Each common core standard is listed and has columns and rows to record dates, progress or grades, and comments. These useful charts have all the standards for assessment, all in one place!

I'm a little confused by your comment, because each standard is coded, and the wording is copied and pasted directly from the official common core standards (with permission, of course). I didn't change a single word.

Thanks a million!! Didn't have to reinvent the wheel. I hate that our district requires number and letter grades for 1st graders. I'm going out on a limb and using a standards based progress report. I still have to record grades for the report card, but this standards-based information is going to be much more helpful!!
