Are you a 1st grade MacMillan/McGraw-Hill "Treasures" user? Do you use something other than "Treasures", but want to increase fluency in your classroom?
If so, this packet is for you!
This file contains all of the "Word Automaticity" charts that are introduced every Monday and correlate with the phonics skill for the week. Each list comes with the "master list" and word lists your students can use to build their fluency on these words throughout the week before being tested on Friday on their fluency.
Each 14 word list has the 12 phonics words plus the two high frequency words that appear on the spelling list. I've also included an explanation of how it works in my classroom.
This zip file contains TWO word list sets. They are the same words, but one list has the story titles for "Treasures" and the other file has the phonics skill as the title instead of the story title for non-Treasures users, or (since I'm in Michigan) stories that may be different for different states.
My students look forward to seeing their fluency grow throughout the week!
