Give each student a die (numbers or dots) and a cup of colorful Goldfish crackers. Students roll the die, count that many crackers, and place them in the first box. Students repeat, but this time place the crackers in the second box. (I also had my students write the numbers in the boxes.) Then, the students add the crackers together and write the sum in the third box.

Love this! We also fish for goldfish, but I never had a recording sheet. Thank you for creating it and sharing it! :)
