Flower Power: Problem Solving, Multiplying Decimals, and Graphing

SELLER
The students will create a flower using pattern blocks. Each blocks has an assigned monetary value. The students will graph the number of pattern blocks used in the design, then calculate the cost of the flower, 1/2 a dozen flowers, and a dozen flowers.

Great idea that encourages creativity and critical thinking. We'll probably set some minimum requirements, i.e. use at least 6 blocks, use at least 3 different shapes, etc. Thanks!
