This massive, 53 slide powerpoint is the perfect accompaniment to teaching the Daniel Keyes novel, Flowers for Algernon. It includes many interactive activity slides. Among these are a complete Rorschach Test, central questions, anticipation guide, a complete verbal Rorschach test, vocabulary with definitions and matching picture activity, a chart activity, venn diagram activity, punctuation activity, a 14 item true/false activity, and a 10 item post reading questions assignment. Great introduction to the novel or textbook version. However, not much for during reading. It would be nice if there were notes on the meanings of the Rosarch test and explanations of the verbal Rorsarch.

What is the meaning of the verbal Rorschach test? Is there an answer key? How do you explain it to the class?

I use this activity to help them relate to someone with cognitive impairments (as is the protagonist in the story). The questions are bizarre, with no correct answer, as are some "normal" questoins to those with diminished cognitive abilities. Basically, it's simply used to intrigue them to allow them to question and predict events in the plot.
