Forensic Friday
For this assignment students will read a portion of a book, short story, poem or watch a movie or TV show dealing with forensic science and then compare and contrast the "real" science with the science-fiction (forensic based). This ties in well with Reading in the Content Area (science and/or math), as well as meeting Writing Standards within the content area. Kids are so excited about the forensic crime shows on TV right now that this is a huge hit!
