This bingo game uses a spinner to practice identifying fractions. Adapt an old favorite to practice halves, thirds and quarters/fourths as part of a set and as part of a whole. Instead of bingo balls, students use the spinner to "call out" a fraction. Others then see if they have that fraction on their board and it's a race to see who will get a "bingo" first.
Full download includes 6 different game boards, a complete spinner and arrows. This game is ideal as a center activity and encourages proper game etiquette.

No because 2/8 is really 1/4 and this game is meant to show different ways of showing 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 including visuals that show equivalent fractions so kids have to think about grouping the visuals to makes halves, thirds and fourths.
