This 100 point test covers adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions, and is comprised of proper and improper fractions as well as mixed numerals. It is designed as a cumulative test for the end of a fraction unit that requires computation. Included is a synthesis question (Bloom's, Level V) where the student must decide what Tommy Go Figure did incorrectly on his homework. The student must then show, in detail, how to correctly work the problem. Also included are two application (word) problems (Bloom's, Level III). An answer key is provided.
This test is not saved in a PDF format so that you can adapt it to your class needs.

Thanks! I used this as a pretest to see what I should focus on as we began our math unit that included fractions.
(FYI - I am sure you have been told there is a typo for problem 2.e. Your worksheet problem and the answer key problem are not the same.)
