I really love how everything is included. There is one thing more I would love to see. I am required to note, in my lesson plans, what CCSS I am covering in each lesson. Yes, I can go get the standard number but could these be included? I would even pay a little more if I could find a quick reference tool so I didn't have to go searching. Thank you for a wonderful teaching guide.

I have taught this novel before, and I love it. However, I find myself crunched for time, and the flash drive on which I had all of my files disappeared. I was in a panic about having to recreate vocabulary lists and comprehension questions, as well as material on figurative language, not to mention tests and quizzes. All of that was included in this helpful teaching guide! It would cost me much more than $22.00 for the mental health professional I would need if I had to start from scratch after I had already done the work. I'm up to my eyeballs in essays! This guide was very helpful. Thank you.

I think customer service is very important. Since I contacted this seller with a specific comment via email after purchasing the package and did not hear back, I am disappointed in not hearing back. (I hope the email in the download was the current email address.) I make this comment due to to price of this particular download. It was a more expensive purchase.

I purchased the Freak the Mighty Literature Guide but all I recieved in the download is a PDF. Non of the links to the songs, attachments work or perhaps I'm not doing something right? The summary states 88 pages of student work including tests and quizzes. $22.95 is awefully expensive for just a pdf of ideas.

Secondary Solutions is the endeavor of a high school English teacher who could never seem to find appropriate materials to help her students master the necessary concepts at the secondary level. She grew tired of spending countless hours researching, creating, writing, and revising lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, tests and extension activities to motivate and inspire her students, and at the same time, address those ominous content standards! Before the inception of Secondary Solutions, materials that were available were either juvenile in nature, skimpy in content, or were moderately engaging activities that did not come close to meeting the content standards on which her students were being tested. Frustrated and tired of trying to get by with inappropriate, inane lessons, she finally decided that if the right materials were going to be available to her and other teachers, she was going to have to make them herself! Mrs. Bowers set to work to create one of the most comprehensive and innovative Literature Guide sets on the market. Joined by a middle school teacher with 21 years of secondary school experience, Secondary Solutions began, and has matured into a specialized team of intermediate and secondary teachers who have developed for you a set of materials unsurpassed by all others. Mrs. Bowers, Founder and President of Secondary Solutions, is now currently running Secondary Solutions from home while she raises her precocious four year old daughter!
