Update: I uploaded a new one and made some adjustments that I hope help. You should still be able to do the "save as..." option if it still appears as a read-only, though. Thanks, Katie!
Hmmm...it shouldn't be, but I'm using a new version of Word and am not used to the settings yet. Try a "Save as..." and rename it. In the meantime, I will try to upload one that is not "read only". Sorry about that, Katie! (And thanks for letting me know!)
