This unit is for Frindle by Andrew Clements. It has vocabulary for each chapter and encourages the use of the dictionary, but also has the definitions for each word in the practice parts. There are comprehension questions, both literal and inferential, for each chapter. This is a book that the students really enjoyed. It is fun and stimulates critical thinking!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I taught for 38 years in Elementary Education. I was on the Math Best Practices Team for Minnesota, the Reading Committee, MEEP, the Sci/Math Team, an IGE Team Leader, the computer specialist for our elementary school for 28 years, as well as many other committees and teams throughout my years as a teacher. I retired but continue to substitute in our school for grades K - 12.
