When I opened the pdf, none of the words were there! The seller needs to check the pdf and make sure everything is there. I tried closing and reopening the pdf several times.

You just need to update your Adobe Reader:

If you are on a Mac, do not open with Preview. It will not work. Download the most updated version of Adobe Reader and open the PDF with it (and not Preview). To 'open with' adobe reader on a mac, highlight the product pdf icon with one click, go to 'file' at the top of the screen, choose 'open with' then select 'adobe' and you'll be all set.

I really love your product and would like to purchase it. Is there any way you can change the recording sheets, etc. to "welded sounds" or "ending consonant blends"? A diphthong is when two vowels come together to make a new sound where neither vowel says its usual sound (oi, oy, au.....). Let me know if you can. Thanks so much!
