I created these activities to use after reading and discussing Ruth Heller's book Many Luscious Lollipops, but it can be used after any adjective discussion or lesson. There are two main activities and then a third bonus activity that you could use for extra credit or for homework. The first activity is a handout where the students generate a list of ten adjectives. The second is an arts and crafts activity using a picture from a magazine. And the final bonus activity is a final review: they find all the adjectives on the directions handout. All activities have been used successfully in my classroom, and the kids have a lot of fun doing them. I hope it helps! Enjoy!
