This is a 10 page, fun descriptive writing unit aimed at middle school students. Students will create three different projects based on a fictitious travel destination they develop. They will create a descriptive sales letter, a travel brochure, and a video or powerpoint presentation. Each of these three projects comes with a detailed grading rubric for the teacher! Enjoy!

I have been working in education since 1995. I have taught everything from post-secondary vocational education, to two year olds with autism. I firmly believe that the only way to stay fresh and sane is to work smarter, not harder! The students should be working hard, not the teachers.
