Essential Questions
If you purchase this activity, please leave feedback. I am always interested in what fellow educators think of my activities for students. I teach second grade and this game was made for immediate classroom use with my own students (laminating optional, but recommended). I hope you also find it very beneficial with the new Common Core Standards.
Thanks for checking out this activity file. Be sure to check out the other games, charts, and files I have created while you are here. I have a few FREEBIES, too :)
I spent a lot of time creating this file and it has so many uses (subitizing, addition and subtraction of numbers to a hundred, fact families, comparing numbers, skip counting, multiplication and division, place value, sketching, Number Talks discussions, ordering numbers, writing word problems with pictures words and numbers, What's My Place What's My Value number building, odd and even, and could even be used for Area and Perimeter). I hope these additional ideas will help you see the value of this file. Thank you.
I originally made this to use with my 2nd graders, but with the changes in moving to Common Core, I am now able to use them with my 3rd graders, also. I was moved to 3rd grade math this year and found that so many of my 2nd grade activities fit perfectly in line with the 3rd grade Math Common Core. This particular file with activities is one of my favorites :) So glad you are happy with your purchase and find it useful to use with your students :)
