What a great idea for vocabulary! I plan to use this as a time filler between the awards assemblies and all the end of the year activities. I will probably use it for my summer school program too! Thanks!!

Thanks- I'm going to probably use one or two this week & save the rest for next year!
Thanks for sharing! This is a great end-of-year activity for my kindergarten students who need a challenge! :)

Thank you!! These might be my favorite things on TpT's website. My kids love them, too & I can really see how much they've grown as far as the quality of their telling/asking sentences. I was also excited to see that the words for this month were FREE! :)

My kids love word of the day, I love the summer theme! I have my kids build words on the back w/ the mini letters before they glue down, also...for those who finish quickly I have them write and exclamatory sentence. Thanks for providing a free download.

I love these- thanks so much for the freebie! It wouldn't let me leave feedback- just showed me feedback people had left. These are great (Fun in the Sun word of the day)!

First, let me say this is wonderful! Second, why program do you use to create these types of activities? I'd like to start creating more things like this but right now I use Word and I don't think it has these types of capabilities. Thanks in advance for your response. Good luck creating more and more fabulous activities!

how is the fun in the sun like the back to school word of the day? ALso, do you introduce each word day? How do you incorporate it into daily 5 and do you have spelling tests each week? I just would like to see a sample of how the week would progress.
thanks

Would you sell the templet to this activity? I would like to use this for a center but put in my own vocabulary. I love how all the different skills are used.
