'Funeral March of a Marionette', written by Charles Gounod, become well known as the theme to the TV series, Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
This arrangement for two guitars is a favourite among my beginning to intermediate students.
The zipped file contains:
-Arrangement with both standard notation and TAB
-Arrangement with standard notation only
-Part 1 only
-Part 2 only
This arrangement helps to build listening skills, rhythmic accuracy and general confidence in group playing, which are essential to all musicians.
It works very well in private teaching studios and the music classroom for a group activity and performance. It is also well received at student concerts.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I have been teaching music privately and in high schools and colleges for over twenty-six years. My main areas of teaching in the class room are general music, keyboard, guitar and vocals/choir. Currently I am teaching composition and music history to senior tertiary students, the Music Industry course, two Rock and Pop units and a Vocal unit. I am also responsible for the annual College musical ( producer, musical director and vocal coach) and I run an exta curricular SATB a cappella choir. Life is VERY busy and full of music and I love it!
