Hey Haley,
I love your facebook questionnaire. I give one too but not in that style and that might help my students think of what to write. I was just wondering if you have a copy in a word format or some other format that I can change (change ART to History, and clubs to something else since we don't have clubs at my school)? I would love to use it and just change those couple things. Thanks!
