This is a fun "get to know you" activity to do with your students on the first day back to school - or any time! Students create puzzle pieces representing who they are. The pieces make a great display for "Meet the Teacher Night" in early September.
I've supplied you with the printable puzzle piece template, a sample to show the students, a poster sheet to use with your bulletin board and instructions for the you.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I have been teaching for 6 years now. I currently teach Grade 7 Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, and Health but I have taught grades 3 to 9, multiple subjects. My passion is teaching Math, for sure. I love the challenges that middle school students bring to the room every day. It's a very special age to be a part of. They teach me so much.
