This document can be used as a glossary for new science vocabulary terms. Students can cut this out or hole punch it to attach in the back of their notebook as a record of science vocabulary learned through out the school year. Students can keep this sheet handy while reading to document words they may not know. As a homework assignment they can add the definition and create a drawing.

I saw your store on the home page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Since you are new at this, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
Add some clipart to add color or just color something. For some reason buyers like color on the original even though they may copy your product in black and white. Also, create a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do you use this? Is it an individual or group assignment? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages. Finally, unless you want your products revised (I do for my tests) save everything in a PDF format as it is harder to change.
Since you are new, I’d love to have your input on one of my freebies listed below.
Hi Scipi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my store. I was unaware of the copyright issues. Thank you so much for letting me know. That is such a good idea about using the footer and numbering pages. These are the little tips that I feel like I have been looking for. I'm heading over to your store now to become a follower! Thanks again! -The Frizz!
