This 8 page user friendly handout will walk you through the necessary steps to create a Google Form. Google Forms allows you to create a user friendly layout to get information from participants. It is a survey format. When sent to people who participate, their feedback will be organized in a consistent and friendly layout. The date and time will also be provided once they have participated in the survey. If you have an existing spreadsheet you can easily create it into a form, which when sent to others is much easier to add information. Forms could be set up as a quiz. The teacher could get feedback digitally, which is great for conservation.
