This is a poster kit for the fourth grade Common Core Standards. I made it for a co-worker who needed something that was colorful and kid-friendly, but that wouldn't require a lot of color ink (ink jet printer ink is expensive!) We came up with the idea of making the poster "modular." The poster kit is made of several parts. The parts that have color are used over and over. The standards themselves, which require the most printing, are black and white. All the parts can be printed on letter size paper.
There are two different styles or themes two choose from.
The language of the standards has been simplified to make it more kid-friendly.
For example...
RL.4.10. By the end of the year, read and comprehend literature, including stories, dramas, and poetry, at the high end of the grades text complexity band independently and proficiently.
Has been changed to...
By the end of the year, we can read and understand stories, dramas, and poetry at our grade level.
These posters are different (and less expensive) than my Grade 4 Illustrated Common Core Standards Posters. In these posters, the standard is not accompanied by a graphic that illustrates the concept of the standard.

I a little bit confused with the common core standard version and illustrated version. I am new to the common core and we will start to do them in FL in 1 year for 4th grade. so what is the difference between your 5.00 version to the 10,00 version

Hi. In the $10 version, the concept or learning goal of each standard is illustrated. In the $5 version, the individual standards are text-only. So the $10 version has a lot more illustrations.

Some states are adding their own standards to the Common Core. For the purposes of classroom display, my posters should work just fine. If you ever come across a state standard that isn't covered by the posters, let me know and I'll add it.
