I purchased the third grade multiplication. I did what it said to do and got to flink learning. The last instruction was to click on the import button on the play screen. I did not see this. Can you help me?

Reply by: Peter Dublin (s) Dana, You need to download the FlinkPlay Free Trial (Free Trial Tab at www.flinklearning.com). When you run it you'll see the Import button at the bottom of the Play Screen.

Why is this a link to a website??? This is misleading when you say that there are twelve activities and then you only have the link to the website where you have to download numerous things just to get free trial activities!

Reply by: Peter Dublin (s) The link to the website is to enable you to download the Free player (and 6 free activities) you need to run the Grade 2 Measuement product you purchased. You don't have to download numerous things, just the free player. We are in the process of adding this information to all of our TPT products.

I can not get on flinklearning. It only lets me do the free games after. I have downloaded but can't get into the Identify and Name Fractions that I purchased.

Reply by: Peter Dublin (s) After you download the RTF file you need to import it into FlinkPlay. When you run FlinkPlay, there is an Import to Library button. Select the RTF file and import it; it should then show up on your Menu. If you still have problems, email me at: peter@flinklearning.com. Remind me of the product (name plus whethr it was free or purchased) and I can see what I can do at my end.
