I love Thinking Maps, foldables, and graphic organizers; and so do my kiddos! I made this pack to supplement my economics unit in my 2nd grade classroom, but they are super easy to use 1st-5th. I included templates, blank maps, and examples so they can be adapted to your needs.
File includes:
P. 4-Wants and Needs tree map (classifying)
p. 5-Classroom wants and Needs tree Map
p. 6-Services and goods double bubble
p. 7-producer and consumer double bubble
p. 8-blank double bubble (compare/contrast)
p. 9-blank Multi-flow map (cause and effect)
p. 10-11-saving and earning multi-flow map and example
p. 12-Jobs circle map
p. 13-blank circle map
p. 14-blank brace map (part to whole)
p. 15-16-economics brace map and example
p. 17 Resources brace map
p. 18-19-Production flow map directions and blank template
p. 20-Money Can, has, is tree map
p. 21-22-Economics vocabulary flip book foldable directions and labels
p. 23-credits
loved the product, would have liked some more completed models to help understand how each organizer was used in seller's class. She did however quickly reply to questions! Thanks for the great product.
would you mind telling me what you found? I do not see any, but it may be because I have looked at it for so long. Please always let the seller know if you find mistakes! I sure do not want to sell something sub par!
Thanks!

Love this unit. My kids have a hard time with some of the organizers. They need a lot of modeling to get it completed, but it was fun for them! Thanks!

Hi Rachel, I just ordered your little economists packet. It is just what I was looking for. I was wondering if you could give me a few more details. Can you show me an example of how you use the double bubble? I was a little confused by the purple bubbles that link to both centers. What would be both a good and service? I apologize for the possible dumb questions, maybe it's just the end of a long, long week! Thanks in advance for your help. -Melissa
Hey! The circles int he center are shared characteristics, like the middle of a Venn Diagram. Something that could be both would be if you used 2 businesses rather than the actual good or service. =)
