These forms can be used for almost anything having to do with displaying data in a visual form. I've included the most popular graphs and tables used in elementary school:

All forms come in multiple copies to accommodate graphing different numbers of categories within a set of data. Most graphs, range from 2 to 9 places for different categories.
I made these graphs as a companion for my glyphs found on my store! Check them out! They provide a fun way in which to incorporate graphing and data collection into the classroom. Students love to make them and they are a great graphing activity for BACK TO SCHOOL!

After getting my 4th graders do simple bar graph, I knew I needed templates to scaffold them through graphing, with spaces for labels, titles etc. This pack is PERFECT and if I change grade, it will still be perfect, as it has such a range. Thank you for saving me hours of work.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been a teacher in my mind for as long as I can remember! So many times, I fought with my sister and her friends to listen to me teach little lessons and grade fake papers. "School" was my favorite thing to play! Now I get to play real school everyday! I have been a "real" teacher for four years. My second home is in a bright, colorful third-grade classroom in Iowa full of bright, colorful little learners.
