Six linear functions with six associated tables. The first problem demonstrates how the values of x are "plugged in" to the equation to get the value of y. It does this by showing the equation with empty parenthesis substituted for x. Each problem after that requires your Algebra student to do more and more of the work on their own. My Cartesian Graph Paper can be used to graph the six functions (http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Cartesian-Graph-Paper-with-xy-tables). By: Derek Follett
