These are some charts I use to help keep track of student progress, books read, and skills taught during Guided Reading. It includes:
1- Nightly Reading Log
2- Weekly Reading Group Record Chart
3- Daily Participation Chart (track which groups I've met with and how each student performed)
4- Skills Chart
This is the PDF file used to preserve the fonts. I have also posted the Word version which you can use to enter information on the computer before printing out. (Same file name but in Word format)

Thanks I'm always looking for new and improved ways to organize my reading group materials!
I love this GR Management Sheet! Do you have this with more spaces for student names. I have anywhere from 25-27 students in my classroom depending on the year.
Are you referring to the Daily Checklist page with a section at the top for groups and a section at the bottom for individual students? Unfortunately, I am out of space on the page to add space for more students on this form. If you want me to take off the daily group portion at the top, I can do that and that would give more space at the bottom for more students. I could also make the rows smaller to fit more students, but you'd have to write really small. =) Let me know and I can make editions for you no prob!
