Halloween Common Core Writing: Opinion, Informative, and Narrative Writing

Need Halloween Prompts aligned to Common Core? Tired of just doing narrative prompts for Halloween? This 26 page pdf contains 21 writing prompts to use during the month of October. The best part? They are fun and aligned to the Common Core Writing standards!
The product contains 7 prompts for Opinion Writing, 7 for Informative Writing, and 7 for Narrative Writing.
I have included the prompts in three formats:
1. A black and white list that can be glued to writer's notebook or placed in writing binder.
2. A colored border list that can be put in a writing center.
3. Each prompt placed on a separate card with a colorful border and clipart.
This product also includes a Dead Words Activity where the students or the class can create a cemetary for words that are overused. I do this every year and my students love it!
