Great ideas! I can't seem to get the powerpoint to read properly though. Some of the slides have printing over printing so it is unusable. File says "read only" as well. Please advise. Thanks!

Are you running the powerpoint in slide show mode? There shouldn't be that problem if you are. If you don't know how to do this....while in PowerPoint, click on the tab at the top that says "Slide Show" and then click the button that says "From Beginning". Then, you can go through each slide by pressing the space bar. Hope this helps you.

Are you looking at your PowerPoint in slideshow mode? If not, the jumbled text is animated to come in with a click of your mouse. If so, you have a compatability issue with the version we've posted vs. the version you are using. Please send us the version number you are using, and we can see if we've got something in your version. To check, you will right click on your PowerPoint icon, go down to properties, click, and find the version that you are using. Send that version number to us at teachersunleashed@gmail.com. I am a fan! Your Power Points are my favorite. My job has changed and I've had to prepare a tremendous amount of presentations (8th grade Science) and Reading Writing Workshop. Since I love your animation, I looked into purchasing some. Everywhere I looked it is illegal to resell the animations, in any format. I saw your animations on animation factory, please make sure that it is indeed legal to sell the animations, because it worries me to be buying them. I do want to be a customer, but I'd feel better if you could assure me that it's legal to sell. Thanks A fan reillyesl

That is a really good question. We did alot of research on this before we started using the animation on our products. The terms of use are written in a very confusing matter, and we consulted legal entities prior to using them in our products. If you are a paying customer of them, then you are allowed to use them in the creation of other products, however, you are not allowed to sell the animation clip art that they have. We are not selling the clip art, we are using them as engagement tools on our educational products. Since we are not selling the animation, but the education within, it is legal to use them within our products. Hope that makes sense. I know it can be totally confusing. Thank you so much for being a fan! We so appreciate you.

Yes, there are 2 slides in which there are sounds. The first slide has an owl hoot, and the second to last slide has a thunder clap. Our version is 2010, and it may be that we have a PowerPoint version different from yours. Sometimes the sound does not translate. (Boo!)
I'm not sure you're missing all that much without sound, though you might want to get rid of the sound icon on the slide (from the main screen, you can click on it and delete it).
We can certainly try to make a version that will suit yours, if you'd like. Send us your email address, and the version of PowerPoint that you're using (right click on your PowerPoint icon, go to properties, and under the general tab, you'll find the version)
