What do I need to open the downloaded file?

After researching this, one suggestion was to ask you to save this as a .ink file instead of a .xbk. Would you mind re-saving it and sending it to me. Otherwise it will not work for me.

Jillian, I would be happy to resave the file for you, but when I go to "save as" it doesn't give me an option of an .ink file, just .xbk versions 8, 9 and 10. I could try resending it you at your email in case something went wrong in the download, or I can request a refund for you. Just let me know.

I purchased the heat, light, and sound for a smart board lesson. Does this not work with mimio?? There is no content. There are only empty boxes. Please get back with me as soon as you can. I was planning on using this tomorrow.

I checked on our forums to see if Smartboard lessons were compatible with a Mimio, and I found this statement: You just open your mimio software. Choose Open file, use the drop down menu to change the file type and you can open them." If it still doesn't work please email me at dijobaker@gmail.com. I can try sending the file to you again via email. If that still doesn't help, then I can request a refund for you. Thanks for checking out my unit!
