TERMS OF USE
COMMERCIAL SINGLE USER LICENSE – ALL HELLO FONTS
10-31-2012

**This font bundle was last updated on May 5, 2013.** 15 fonts added on 5.5.13 for a total of 113 fonts in the download.

Thank you for purchasing my Commercial License (for Teachers) to use all Hello Fonts in any of your commercial (or for profit) products on Teachers Pay Teachers or Teacher's Notebook (if you have an Etsy store, email me). This license is a one time fee that allows you to use Hello fonts--past, present (113 fonts as of 5.5.13)and all future Hello fonts, forever, for your lifetime. The price will never change, you can just keep redownloading to get the updates and additions. Choosing to give credit within your product is up to you—but it is not required. (A license is included if you choose to give credit and want to use the image). I will update this font bundle frequently or you can find new fonts and download them individually at www.helloliteracy.blogspot.com once you've purchased this commercial use license.

The font files themselves (113 of them) are actually included in this download.

A preview and font sample of all 113 Hello fonts created so far can be seen by clicking the DOWNLOAD PREVIEW button above.

If you are not sure how to install fonts to your computer (Fonts folder is in the Control Panel on a PC and in the Font Book in Applications on a Mac) or visit the link below.

(P.S.--The grey shadow lines in the preview are just text effects, fonts come standard black, you can change font color and add Text Effects to any text)

Also, if you have already purchased this product, redownload it from your My Purchases button and find the 5.5.13 bundle of 15 new fonts. Download in one copy/paste batch.

Thank You!

How do I include the commercial license jpg on my own listing? I want to give you credit for your amazing fonts!

You're sweet! When you say "listing" do you mean like a Credits and Acknowledgements Page? Like at the back of your product? Or on your blog? On your credits page, you would just insert that image with a hyperlink to the Hello Fonts Commercial license products page on TpT. Does that help? And thank you! ❤ Jen

I want to buy this for my TpT stuff, but I am thinking of starting an Etsy shop. Can I use your fonts there or do you require a different commercial license for that? :)

No problem. If you buy the license once, you can use it for both your TpT store and Etsy shop. Jen :-)

Hi Jen, I am looking at purchasing the small commercial use license, but just wanted to ask if purchasing this license would allow me to use your fonts on my class blog? I think your fonts are fantastic and use them in my classroom all the time.

When I got your email this morning I purchased this program. When I went back to spend some time looking at my purchase I noticed it was now 16.00 and I paid 20.00...I guess I missed the sale...Boo Hoo!

I'm sorry. Two people emailed me to say they just got the notification of the sale, so I put just that on sale just for today. I think it's still a deal at $20.

I'm having trouble locating a you tube video to help me download this package. I purchased it today when your email went out. Any suggestions?

Well, you won't need a youtube video with the downloading part. You will need a program to "unzip" the file. What kind of computer do you have? Windows or Mac? I'll help you find a youtube video on how to "install" them to your computer.

Jen, I'm a first grade teacher, but I also have an etsy shop where I sell stationery. Is there anyway these fonts could be purchased for that sort of small commercial business?

Sure, that would be fine. If you have a credits section somewhere in your store, that would be appreciated, as buyers may ask anyway. Would that be possible?

Hi! Sounds fun. However, I do not have a font named Dobby Dot. I have a couple with dots, but none with that name. I have Hello Dotty and Hello Dot and Stick.

Hi Jen, I love your Hello fonts!! They are a perfect fit for my projects. I was experiencing the same thing that Cathy mentioned and I went through the 995 process. I am brand new to selling at TpT, so this may be a newbie question, but when I upload a project with Hello fonts to TpT, is there any process there that prevents defaults? My experiments with emailing to a different printer are not working so far. One of my projects is editable, so I think that's an issue, but the other was a powerpoint pdf, so the 995 should have worked. I've stumped them at my training sessions for my laptop. If you have any insight on this I am anxious to use your fonts in my work! I'm a big fan!!

Hi! I'm sorry you're having issues. Hello fonts or any other specialty fonts (like the free ones at www.kevinandamanda.com) don't come through unless the person opening the file has the font too, which is usually not the case, so you have to save the files as .pdf files. If you're using Powerpoint, you don't need pdf995, because under the "Save As" option under File (or the round Windows home button) select "PDF". I hope this helps. If it doesn't email me and I'll give you my cell number to call me, okay? :-) Jen

Hi Jen!

Quick Question!

So I downloaded your fonts...which I LOVE!...and I downloaded your commercial license. When I created a file to sell on TpT, I saved from Microsoft Publisher to a pdf file and emailed to myself at work. When I downloaded the new file the font was not the same and went back to a default font (not near as cute :( ) Any ideas? I don't want my buyers from TpT not to have the same cute fonts either just because their computer doesn't support those fonts. Shouldn't a pdf file open as is??? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I do know what you're talking about and this occasionally happens to me too, even without my fonts, just other cute fonts. Pub can be funny with this, that's why I create 90% of my TpT files in ppt. BUT, what I have found that helps is to use a different pdf driver than the built in one in pub. Here's what you can do. Go to www.pdf995.com, Downloads, download both the Pdf995 Printer Driver AND the Free Converter...the first two download options on the right. Follow those two download steps. Restart your computer, then when saving your documents as pdf files, go to File, Print and select pdf 995 as the option....the program uses the printer driver so convert so don't worry that you seem to be in Print mode, it won't print, just save. I hope this helps, but it's not my fonts that are the issue, it's pub and pdf. Also make sure you have the lastest version of Adobe Reader (google it) when opening pdf files. ~Jen

I just downloaded your fonts, and I think I made a huge mistake! I didn't realize that I didn't need the commercial use lincense to use your fonts for profit. I wanted a way to download your fonts to include in my lessons-I teach 7th grade ELA, but after visiting your blog, it appears that I should have downloaded them from your blog's link. I shouldn't have purchased a commercial use lincense to you these fonts in PowerPoints and handouts, right? I wish I would have visited your blod before I made this purchase-I would have purchased your Common Core RTI workbook and other reading/writing/critical thinking packets-they are amazing!!!!!!

Is there anything I can do to return the commercial use lincense and get a refund so that I may purchase your packets instead?

I hope I don't come across as ungrateful-trust me, I can't believe how much I've lucked out with your creations! But you know teachers, we're poor, and we have to put our money where it counts!

I hope you can help. Regardless, i love your fonts...well all of your creations! Thanks!

Good point. I just added the shadow effect for the sampler, to make them "pop"...they don't come like that. Is that confusing? Should I remove it?

Does this new set of terms only apply only to new users of your fonts, or do you now require teachers that used them under the 'free' terms now purchase this additional license?
Kind regards
Mel

Hi Mel!
The new terms apply to all hello font users, new and old. If a seller has used a hello font or several different hello fonts in any commercial products before 10-32-2012, purchasing a license is totally up to the font user. The new terms are regardless of when the fonts were made (they were all made in 2012) allow an old hello font user to continue using hello fonts in commercial products made from 10-31-2012 forward.
