This is a fun, engaging activity that can be used to introduce or reinforce fractions to elementary students. Students will identify, compare, add, and multiply fractions and divide a whole into fractional parts.
This activity set includes three worksheets that are differentiated according to level of difficulty that may be used as independent or small group practice. You can choose to have your students use real Hershey candy bars or the paper Hershey bars provided to complete the activity.
Recommended for grades 1-3 but all documents may be adapted for grades K-4.
