This is a chemistry diagnostic test that I give on the first or second day of class and again on the last day of class.
It can be used in many ways:
judge student performance, judge student growth, structure class material, re-write lesson plans, and many other ways.
It can be used in a:
general science class, physical science class, chemistry class, or homeschool.
Topics include:
graphing, independent variables, dependent variables, experimental design, factor label problems, dimensional analysis problems, basic algebra skills, metric conversions, phases of matter, kinetic molecular theory, chemical reactions, conservation of mass, conservation of matter, atomic structure, isotopes, ions, molecules, elements, compounds, mixtures, pH, acids, bases, and lewis dot structures.
