History of Language Power Point Lecture

This Power Point presentation is the first in a series of five lectures and covers the history and evolution of the English langauge and included such subjects as the difference between communication and language, astrolopithicus africanus, homo habilis, hominids, neanderthals, homosapiens, monogenisis, and polygenisis. The other lectures in this series include the futher evolution of English from Old English to Modern English. The lectures in this series intend to bring a bit of humor to what is usually a dry subject for many students. This power point was created by English teacher, Megan Botton, for a senior grammar class.
