I was wondering if either you could give me the version that I can edit or if you could edit the Mexico page to include the holiday name - Las Posadas. I'm teaching the kids about the holiday this week and it would be great if the holiday name could be on the page. I'm willing to do it, if you send me an editable version, that way you don't have to.

HI Rachelle,
I was thinking about purchasing this unit, but have a couple of questions first. I saw one question below regarding Ramadan and Kwanza. Do you think you'll be able to update it for the Cyber Monday Sale? I'd like to purchase it, but really need those two holidays as well.
Also, could you upload or send a preview of an excerpt for the reading passages. I'd like to see if it would be at an appropriate level for the 3rd graders. I just know in the past, I have downloaded items that say they will work for a 1-3 grade span, but ends up being too easy for my kids.

Sorry! I'm not sure what reading passages you are talking about? Are you referring to the book that the students fill in? There is an example of that in the thumbnail. I hope this helps!

I found that he was sometimes seen as a pirate and my kids loved it! They were so excited and went home and told there parents about mostly Black Pete - not the wooden shoes we made or the candy that was left in our shoes by SinterKleese:) Unfortunately, today I got an email from one of my parents who did a bit more research on Black Pete and found out some disturbing info that you might like to know. Just thought you might like to know - I threw out the page and am making a revision and apologized profusely to my parent for my lack of knowing.

Thank you! After reading this, I did some research. It is a contraversial topic, but it is apart of Holland's holiday history. I have now revised my unit to include this information so that teachers are aware of this controversy. I did not feel it was necessary to delete this part of the unit, but to include an informational page. Thank you so much.

I just purchased this last night and love it! However, it is only printing pages 1-10. I have tried printing one page at a time, switching the pages etc. and everytime it prints a message:

Hi there! I'm not sure why it isn't printing! I printed it just fine on my printer. Do you have the most updated version of ADOBE? Try download that at adobe.com, set it as your default PDF viewer. If you are still having problems, contact TpT. Although it could be just a problem with your computer/printer. Hope this helps! :)
