As part of the language curriculum, students will learn how to write/create an effective brochure. I have also used this for science, social studies and geography (travel brochure), a bibliography or even a health brochure (dangers of smoking).
Having kids show their understanding of the material we teach in the form of a brochure is really fun and creative. This brochure can be customized to suit your needs and your grade!
Welcome to TPT! I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I have a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
First, create a cover page which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. Add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page. List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations.
If you have time, I’d appreciate your input on my freebie listed below.
Thank you so much!! I'll have to figure out how to do the footer. I really liked your glyph! I like your layout. Good ideas for what I should be doing. Thanks again!
