I like this unit, but was hoping it would have more of a focus on the vocabulary push and pull, however the description given was accurate. Overall, I like it and it will come in handy when I start teaching force and motion.

The slide pictures go along with the slide recording pages. The pictures were just a visual of us doing the investigation and when each child finished they recorded what happened. Let me know if you need more info.

I have taught Kindergarten for 12 years. Originally, I went to school to be a Science teacher. I had always worked with young children in some capacity and thought a change would be good. As I worked my way through school, I had several odd jobs. One job required me to go to a Kindergarten Conference. I didn't want to go at all! Interestingly enough, on day one of the conference I met Clifford the Big Red dog. It reminded me of the Clifford my dad gave me when I was four. And you can pretty much say the rest is history. I graduated with a degree in Science and took my first job as a Kindergarten teacher and I have never looked back since.
