I am very excited about my recent purchase. However, it appears to be a preview version and when I print out the docs, it does not have the words printed. I will rate once this is resolved.

I'm assuming you have a Mac, am I right? This has been a common problem. TpT suggests making sure you have the latest Adobe updates. If this doesn't work, let me know and we'll arrange something via email. So sorry that you're having an issue.

Do you think maybe your popups are blocked? When you click on it is there another bar added toward the top of your screen asking you to unblock pop-ups? I've never given feedback so I'm not sure.
